Returns / Exchanges

You may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Just fill out the return card that arrived with your product, then mail the card, and the product back to us. We will only cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item)

Shipping

Items ship from our warehouse at 19 Grosvenor Ave, East Providence, RI. Orders placed before 2 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the next business day.

Most domestic orders arrive within 7 business days.

Shipping is free for domestic orders of $35 or more. For international orders, there is a shipping charge of $25.

You will receive a tracking number via email with an estimated date of arrival once your order has been shipped.
